Ms. LY Raneath

Senior Legal Advisor 

Ms. LY received a Master's Degree in Real Estate Law from University Jean Moulin-Lyon 3, Lyon, France, and a Bachelor Degree in Private Law from University Lumière-Lyon 2, Lyon, France.

Before passing the Notary Examination in 2013, she joined HBS LAW in 2010 and practised in the Banking and Finance, and Real Estate Practice Groups. From September 2014 to February 2015, she received training in a Notary Office in Paris, France where she built experience in legal practices in connection with family and inheritance law. Ms. LY is also a part-time academic lecturer at the Royal University of Law and Economics, and is currently a member of the Civil, Commercial Litigation and ADR Practice Group and HBS Notary Public.

Ms. LY speaks Khmer, English and French.
