Legal Advisor
Mr. KONG has been a legal advisor with HBS Law since 2012. He holds a Master Degree of Law (LL.M) majoring in land and property law, a dual degree program established and organized by the Royal University of Law and Economics (Cambodia) and Jean Moulin University Lyon 3 (France) and a Bachelor Degree of Law (LL.B) from the Royal University of Law and Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia.
He is also an English teacher and academic lecturer at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia.
Mr. KONG speaks Khmer and English.
